Yoga Revival isn't another yoga class.

It's six weeks of practicing consistently, asking questions, and discovering how yoga can become part of everyday life.

Is this for me?

Yoga Revival was created for you if...

  • You used to love yoga, but somewhere along the way you fell out of your practice—and you've been wanting to find your way back.

  • You've tried yoga before, maybe even many times, but you've never quite understood what you're supposed to be feeling or why the practice seems to resonate so deeply with other people.

  • You've always been curious about yoga but have never practiced consistently enough to really see what it could offer you.

  • You take yoga classes but often find yourself simply following along and want to better understand the poses, your body, and how to make the practice your own.

  • You've been practicing for years but want to reconnect with the meaning, curiosity, or intention that can sometimes get lost in simply going through the motions.

  • You have a sense that yoga is about more than movement—and you'd like the opportunity to explore what that actually means.

You don't need years of experience, an advanced practice, or any knowledge of yoga philosophy. Yoga Revival is an opportunity to spend six weeks actually practicing yoga—with consistency, curiosity, guidance, and space to ask questions along the way.

Whether you're finding your way back to yoga or giving it a real chance for the first time, this is a place to begin again.

What to Expect

We will meet every Sunday from 3:00–5:00 PM for six weeks (October 18 – November 22, 2026). These Sunday gatherings are the heart of Yoga Revival. Each week we'll move, learn, reflect, ask questions, and build upon what we explored the week before.

Yoga Revival is built on the idea that transformation doesn't happen from one class each week—it happens through consistent practice. To get the most out of Yoga Revival, we encourage you to immerse yourself in yoga throughout the six weeks. Aim to attend at least two additional yoga classes at Bind each week (you're always welcome to attend more!) and begin exploring what a regular practice can look like beyond the studio. On days you can't make it to class, that might be ten minutes of meditation, a short practice at home, journaling, or simply spending time with what we're exploring that week.

Throughout the six weeks, you'll:

  • Explore different parts of the physical practice more closely, with time to ask questions, experiment, and understand what works for your body.

  • Expect an active Vinyasa-style practice that may feel challenging or vigorous at times.

  • Learn to make more intentional choices in your practice rather than simply following along.

  • Explore meditation, breathwork, journaling, and other ways to practice beyond asana.

  • Learn more about the broader practice and philosophy of yoga—and how it can relate to everyday life.

  • Share what you're noticing, ask questions, and learn alongside the group.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yoga Revival is meant to be an immersive experience, but it doesn’t need to feel complicated. Here are answers to some of the questions you might have before joining us.

Yoga Revival isn't about becoming more flexible or mastering difficult poses. It's about developing a relationship with yoga that extends beyond the studio.

Over six weeks of consistent practice, thoughtful study, and shared conversation, you'll begin to understand not only how to practice yoga, but why. You may find yourself feeling more grounded in uncertainty, more present in everyday life, and more connected to a practice that has the capacity to support you for years to come.

Our hope is that when these six weeks come to an end, your practice doesn't. That you leave not only with new knowledge, but with a deeper connection to yourself—and curiosity to continue walking the path of yoga long after Yoga Revival is over.
