Studio Policies
At Bind, we believe in showing up with respect, intention, and a little fire. These studio policies are here to support our shared experience and protect the time, energy, and access for all members of our community. We encourage you to read through our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to review the Studio Policies below.
FIRST TIMERS
Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here.
Download the Bind Yoga Collective app for a mobile experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and meet your instructor.
Mats and props are provided. Bring water, a small towel, and/or your own mat if you prefer.
Minimum age to attend class is 16. All students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.
BOOKING & CHECK-IN
Book your class in advance via our website or the Bind app.
Check in upon arrival on your mobile app, the iPad, or at the front desk.
Classes run 60 minutes (with the exception of SoulFire 75 minutes); please plan accordingly. Please do not leave prior to savasana unless absolutely necessary.
ARRIVAL
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Doors lock promptly at class start time. No late entries.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it—life happens. That said, as our studio grows, no-shows prevent others from getting the chance to practice. These policies are designed as proactive support for our community, not penalties.
We do not offer refunds on any yoga class purchases, including single classes, class packs, or memberships.
Drop-ins and Class Packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase. These cannot be extended or frozen.
Membership Cancellation requires written notice to info@bindyogacollective.com 30 days prior to auto-renewal. If you have a scheduled payment within that 30 day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
Memberships can be frozen once per 12 month period for up to 8 weeks.
Late Cancel (within 2 hours of class start time) or No-Show: If you used a class pack or drop-in, you will lose the class credit. Members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Please always cancel your spot if you can’t make it—it matters!
All cancellations must be made through the app, website, or via e-mail. Text messages or social media DMs will not be accepted for class changes or cancellations.
Payments and fees are due in full at the time of booking or class start.
All students must keep an active credit card on file. Any unpaid fees or failed auto-pays may result in a hold on your account.
Yoga Teacher Discount: 20% off for 200-hour certified teachers who are actively teaching. Proof of teaching required. Not applicable to memberships, intro offers, or online sales.
Student and Veteran Discount: 20% off drop-ins and class packs. Valid ID required. Not applicable to memberships, intro offers, or online sales.
WAITLIST
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If you’re added to class, you’ll receive a confirmation email or app notification.
When you add yourself to the waitlist and you can no longer make it to class, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist.
Usual cancellation fees apply if you’re added and don’t show up.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Shoes off at the front door. This is a barefoot space.
Cellphones should be silenced and left in your bag.
Be kind. Respect the space, your instructors, and each other.
MINIMUM ATTENDANCE POLICY
Each class requires a minimum of 3 participants to run.
If fewer than 3 clients are enrolled 2 hours before class start time, the class will be canceled.
Clients and instructors will be notified of cancellations at least 2 hours in advance.
