200-hr Yoga Teacher Training
January 7—May 16, 2027
Bind Yoga Collective • Marshfield, MA
This training, led by Whitney Miller, is designed to help you become a confident, capable yoga teacher who knows how to lead a class with clarity and intention. It’s not just about learning poses—it’s about understanding how to build a class, communicate effectively, and create an experience that feels clear and grounded. You’ll be asked to show up, practice teach, and step outside your comfort zone, while also deepening your own relationship to the practice. The program is intentionally limited to a small group so each participant receives personalized attention and plenty of hands-on teaching experience.
Throughout the training, you'll also receive ongoing mentorship and support from Caitlin Kelley via weekly Zoom check-ins. Guest teachers Anna Paiva and Lauren Folan will join us to share their knowledge and expertise in specialized areas of the practice.

Who This Training is For
This training is for dedicated yoga students who feel ready to deepen their practice, strengthen their voice, and explore what it means to lead others with confidence and intention. You don’t need to have everything figured out—you need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn, practice, and step outside your comfort zone.
Applicants should have at least one year of consistent yoga practice and feel comfortable with foundational poses and a vinyasa-style class. You must also take at least two classes with Whitney before the training begins to ensure the program is a good fit.
About Whitney
I’ve been teaching since 2011, working in studios and wellness spaces from Boston to the South Shore. Over that time, I’ve taught thousands of classes, worked one-on-one with clients in both yoga and personal training settings, and spent over 100 hours observing in physical therapy clinics. That combination has shaped a strong, practical understanding of anatomy and how the body actually moves—something I bring into every class I teach.
Since 2022, I’ve led teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats with a focus on helping people become confident, capable teachers—not just certified. This training is built around what actually matters: clear sequencing, effective cueing, and real experience leading a room.
At the same time, I believe this work goes beyond the physical practice. Teaching yoga carries responsibility. The goal isn’t just to lead a class—it’s to show up with awareness, integrity, and a level of depth that people can feel. That’s the standard this training is built on.
Ready to take the next step?
If you feel called to deepen your practice, find your voice, and learn how to lead others with confidence and intention, this may be the beginning of something meaningful.
You don’t have to feel completely ready. You only have to be willing to show up, do the work, and see what becomes possible.
