Meet Our Team
Bind is a collective — a gathering of teachers who each bring their own voice, perspective, and energy. Some classes offer wisdom and depth, while another may have you dropping it like it’s hot! What unites our team is authenticity: these are teachers who stand fully in who they are, who bring their own voice and energy to every class, and who are committed to growth, excellence, and integrity in their teaching. Together, they create a well-rounded experience where students can grow into their fullest potential, and have fun along the way.

While I love all styles of yoga, I am a power and vinyasa teacher at heart. Expect to move and push your limits in my classes—and I will always leave you with an inspirational message. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for 20 years, I encourage you to stay curious and remind you that you are never done learning.

I’m really dynamic — I can be laid back and carefree, but I also have a high-energy, wild side. I don’t like labels or boxes because I want the freedom to lean into whatever energy the day brings. Although my calm yoga demeanor is a real side of me - know that I’m calm, crazy, and everything in between.
-
Don't let the world tell you what you want and who to be. Be curious about what makes you tick and what lights you up (and do more of that!) . No one else knows the path that's best for you but you!

You’ll have the chance to discover the amazing things your body can do — and see how strong your mind is when you believe in yourself. You’ll leave class tired, but motivated and inspired by your own practice.
-
I genuinely try to deliver my truest self in each class, even when I’m not having my best day emotionally. I’m also deeply passionate and able to see the incredible potential in each individual.

Everything that comes to us is exactly what we need. So surrender, trust, accept and be thankful.

My class experience is both grounding and uplifting. It’s not only about the “work out”, but the work in is equally as important! My goal is to keep the energy high, the motivation flowing, and to create a space where both your body and your mind feel supported.
-
I’ve always been a very high-energy person. When I was younger, I used to see it as a flaw—but becoming an instructor has shown me it’s actually one of my greatest strengths. I love to laugh, have fun, and bring both energy and playfulness into my classes. That balance of motivation and lightheartedness really helps create an uplifting, welcoming space for everyone.

My classes tend to flow with the seasons and the astrological cosmic energy. Slower and deeper practices in the colder months, fiery and strength based in the warmer months. Focusing on courage and heart during Leo season at the peak of summer, and grounding and stable focus in Taurus season, etc. I hope that students leave class with something to think about and/or spark conversation around what came to the forefront of their mind during class.
-
I am a former social worker/therapist, so I have been told my classes feel like going to therapy- I have also been told my classes feel like "going to church". I believe I offer students space and perspective from their day-to-day. When they sink into that space, they give themselves permission to feel. When they move their bodies in present moment awareness they feel release.

My classes are themed and mindful with hands on assists offered. My hope is to inspire curiosity - whether that be with setting intentions, igniting reflection or a physical cue that shifts your awareness to feel a pose differently. I hope students feel a little lighter, refreshed and held in my yoga class.

I was handed some big lessons early on — a cancer diagnosis at 22 and the devastating loss of my mom. I believe in synchronicities, that the universe extends a hand before you even know you’ll need it — or in my case, literally knocks on your door.
These experiences showed me what struggle and grief look like, and that no one goes through life unscathed. We’re all just human, enduring lessons our soul chose for this life — even if we never know why.
In my classes, music or themes sometimes reflect these moments — a song that lifted me, a reflection on trauma, or simply a reminder to come back to the present. Because in this fast-paced world, it’s so easy to get off course.

You can say something over and over but we [our bodies] won’t hear it until we are ready to listen.
-
My classes are fun and challenging and accessible to all! I provide space for my students to grow, explore and challenge themselves, if that is what they want, as well as give permission to listen to your body at that moment in time. I incorporate a lot of balance into my flow as I feel it is incredibly important both on and off the mat.
-
I hold true to the premise that we are all works in progress and the goal is that progress over perfection. I also believe life is too short not to have a sense of humor! Finally - my forever mantra is to live by design - not by default. Take intentional steps to build a life you love.

I describe my yoga classes as mindful and rooted in functional movement, always offering a range of options to meet students where they are. My goal is to spark curiosity, inviting students to explore why and how they move and breathe, both on and off the mat. Each class is a reflection of over two decades of practice, teaching, and life experience – woven together to create a space for meaningful and embodied exploration.
-
I teach, and live, from the inside out. I’ve moved through love, loss, growth, heartbreak, motherhood, partnership, friendship, and everything in between. Through it all, the teachings of Yoga have been the thread. I returned to again and again– the steady breath in the chaos, the softening when things get hard, the reminder that presence is everything. I carry this lived experience into every class I teach. My students might not know every detail of my journey, but hopefully they can feel that the practice I offer comes from a place of having been there. My classes are grounded, thoughtful, and full of invitations to explore – Not just the pose, but the person inside the pose. I believe the heart of yoga isn’t about perfect shapes or outcomes, but about being with ourselves as we are – knowing that nothing stays the same forever, and that’s where the magic lives.

In my classes you will experience and feel the true Pilates method, rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. I absolutely love using the Magic Circle to both assist and challenge your body. Transitions are everything in my Pilates classes, so your body will be moving from start to finish.
-
I always find a way to make my classes accessible to every body in front of me. I am as genuine in my teaching in the studio as I am outside. I don’t try to keep up with the next best thing. I do me, always, every time, every class.

My classes offer a welcoming space to pause from daily life, move with intention, and reconnect to yourself. We flow from grounded stretches into dynamic sequences, supported by breath and music - leaving you feeling lighter, more confident, and renewed by the end of class.

I'm kind and direct. In class, my straightforward approach blends with warmth and care, helping you move confidently, feel supported, and trust yourself and the practice.

I strive to create a space where all are welcome and encouraged to listen to their bodies. I give clear verbal cues and am an alignment nerd- to enhance your yoga experience. I love making my playlists almost as much as sequencing my classes-sometimes moody always different. The goal is for you to feel better, more connected to your body, and more confident walking out than when you walked in.
-
I am first and foremost a human who is not afraid of being human. We mess up, we laugh, we cry. I don’t try to be anything or anyone that I’m not and arriving as your authentic self is the best way to show your students they are in a safe space

I love seeing my people succeed and do their best, I’m here to support you through the challenging parts. I’m a very intuitive person so, yes I will be challenging you, but I will also be encouraging you to listen to your body and individualize your practice.

My class is an uplifting classical contemporary blend of Pilates, focusing on slow intentional breath-led movement, with challenging sequences sprinkled in. Expect 90s and 00’s hip hop, r&b, or alternative music - songs that bring you back and that you can vibe to. I want students to leave my class feeling strong, accomplished, and welcome to come exactly as they are, always.
-
I don’t try to be anything other than myself, including embracing all my awkwardness. I think people connect with that and my vulnerability the most. I don’t try to come off as though I’m better than anyone in the room, but rather I’m right there with them. I’m human, we all make mistakes, we’re all awkward at times, and we all have to start somewhere. I want everyone to feel comfortable wherever they are in their fitness journey.
