Meet Our Team

Bind is a collective — a gathering of teachers who each bring their own voice, perspective, and energy. Some classes offer wisdom and depth, others invite playfulness, nuance, or challenge. What unites them is authenticity: these are teachers who live their practice, who embody the values they share on the mat. Together, they create a well-rounded experience where students can explore many ways of moving, learning, and growing — all within one community.

  • You’ll have the chance to discover the amazing things your body can do — and see how strong your mind is when you believe in yourself. You’ll leave class tired, but motivated and inspired by your own practice.

  • I genuinely try to deliver my truest self in each class, even when I’m not having my best day emotionally. I’m also deeply passionate and able to see the incredible potential in each individual.

  • Everything that comes to us is exactly what we need. So surrender, trust, accept and be thankful.

  • I love to lift 🏋️

  • My class experience is both grounding and uplifting. It’s not only about the “work out”, but the work in is equally as important! My goal is to keep the energy high, the motivation flowing, and to create a space where both your body and your mind feel supported.

  • I’ve always been a very high-energy person. When I was younger, I used to see it as a flaw—but becoming an instructor has shown me it’s actually one of my greatest strengths. I love to laugh, have fun, and bring both energy and playfulness into my classes. That balance of motivation and lightheartedness really helps create an uplifting, welcoming space for everyone.

  • I’m the biggest fan and supporter of a mid day nap.

  • Never stop being silly and always remember your are so much stronger than you think!

  • My classes tend to flow with the seasons and the astrological cosmic energy. Slower and deeper practices in the colder months, fiery and strength based in the warmer months. Focusing on courage and heart during Leo season at the peak of summer, and grounding and stable focus in Taurus season, etc. I hope that students leave class with something to think about and/or spark conversation around what came to the forefront of their mind during class.

  • I am a former social worker/therapist, so I have been told my classes feel like going to therapy- I have also been told my classes feel like "going to church". I believe I offer students space and perspective from their day-to-day. When they sink into that space, they give themselves permission to feel. When they move their bodies in present moment awareness they feel release.

  • My classes are themed and mindful with hands on assists offered. My hope is to inspire curiosity - whether that be with setting intentions, igniting reflection or a physical cue that shifts your awareness to feel a pose differently. I hope students feel a little lighter, refreshed and held in my yoga class.

  • I was handed some big lessons early on — a cancer diagnosis at 22 and the devastating loss of my mom. I believe in synchronicities, that the universe extends a hand before you even know you’ll need it — or in my case, literally knocks on your door.

These experiences showed me what struggle and grief look like, and that no one goes through life unscathed. We’re all just human, enduring lessons our soul chose for this life — even if we never know why.

In my classes, music or themes sometimes reflect these moments — a song that lifted me, a reflection on trauma, or simply a reminder to come back to the present. Because in this fast-paced world, it’s so easy to get off course.

  • I’m a CPA!

  • You can say something over and over but we [our bodies] won’t hear it until we are ready to listen.

  • My Pilates classes are rooted in the foundation of Joseph Pilates, with a contemporary touch. We’ll use props like weights, balls, and bands to both assist and challenge the body — working every muscle with an emphasis on the core as the powerhouse. Expect lengthening, control, and a focus on the mind–body connection. Most of all, I want students to feel welcome, have fun, and remember that no BODY is perfect! I make a new playlist for every class and am open to recs!

  • I am a newer teacher and want my students to know that pilates is challenging, and it is for me too! I am still growing and also still a student, who wants to learn and get better. I believe we are all starting somewhere and can support each other throughout all levels. I want my students to know I'm not perfect, I mess up demonstrating and with my words, but we have fun! We're all trying our best and I am here to support and learn from my students too.

  • I love ice cream and sweet treats, and a good reality TV show (especially Love Island)

  • I wish I could give her a hug! I wish I could tell her to prioritize self care and to trust herself. I would tell her its okay to push yourself and its also okay to not over push yourself. You are enough and always will be!

  • Good vibes only! I teach with the intention that my students leave feeling good. I hope they carry a piece of class with them into the rest of their day and connect with it off the mat. I love creating playlists and offering hands-on assists — it brings me true joy to feel a student relax through simple human touch. Most of all, I want students to get out of their heads and into their yoga!

  • Basically what you see is what you get. I’m loud, ( everyone always thinks I’m yelling ) but, it’s just how I talk. I love my people hard. If you are part of my tribe- you have a friend for life. I know that as a human- we all make mistakes- I’m not afraid to make a mistake, mispronunce a word or have a music malfunction. ( it used to terrify me) but no need-I’m human and just like my students- we make mistake. Both on and off the mat. I also love to laugh… it makes me feel good and smiling is my favorite!

  • I love everything beach. It’s in my soul. It’s truly one of the only places where I can get my mind to calm. I love a beach day, a beach walk, a beach treasure hunt. I have so many treasures from the sea. I truly believe you don’t find them… they find you.

  • I have zero patience. Again, still learning 🤪

  • My classes are fun and challenging and accessible to all! I provide space for my students to grow, explore and challenge themselves, if that is what they want, as well as give permission to listen to your body at that moment in time. I incorporate a lot of balance into my flow as I feel it is incredibly important both on and off the mat.

  • I hold true to the premise that we are all works in progress and the goal is that progress over perfection. I also believe life is too short not to have a sense of humor! Finally - my forever mantra is to live by design - not by default. Take intentional steps to build a life you love.

  • I describe my yoga classes as mindful and rooted in functional movement, always offering a range of options to meet students where they are. My goal is to spark curiosity, inviting students to explore why and how they move and breathe, both on and off the mat. Each class is a reflection of over two decades of practice, teaching, and life experience – woven together to create a space for meaningful and embodied exploration.

  • I teach, and live, from the inside out. I’ve moved through love, loss, growth, heartbreak, motherhood, partnership, friendship, and everything in between. Through it all, the teachings of Yoga have been the thread. I returned to again and again– the steady breath in the chaos, the softening when things get hard, the reminder that presence is everything. I carry this lived experience into every class I teach. My students might not know every detail of my journey, but hopefully they can feel that the practice I offer comes from a place of having been there. My classes are grounded, thoughtful, and full of invitations to explore – Not just the pose, but the person inside the pose. I believe the heart of yoga isn’t about perfect shapes or outcomes, but about being with ourselves as we are – knowing that nothing stays the same forever, and that’s where the magic lives.

  • In my classes you will experience and feel the true Pilates method, rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. I absolutely love using the Magic Circle to both assist and challenge your body. Transitions are everything in my Pilates classes, so your body will be moving from start to finish.

  • I always find a way to make my classes accessible to every body in front of me. I am as genuine in my teaching in the studio as I am outside. I don’t try to keep up with the next best thing. I do me, always, every time, every class.

  • I am a real, authentic, and open-hearted human being who holds a safe, sacred space for deep healing, empowerment, release, and remembrance. As a teacher, I lead without ego—rooted in love, presence, and truth—making it easy for others to feel seen, safe, and comfortable from the very beginning.

  • I lead with authenticity, compassion, and a deep commitment to heart work. I value presence, truth, and connection—showing up real and open in every space I enter. As a teacher, those same qualities guide everything I offer. I don’t come with ego but with humility and reverence for each person’s unique path. I hold space for others the way I hold space for myself—with gentleness, curiosity, and love. For me, teaching is an extension of being human: it's not about having all the answers, but about walking alongside others as we remember what’s already within.

  • I practice gratitude many mini moments throughout the day. I start my day listing to the birds and the leaves blow in the wind, and I pray for guidance and love everyday.

  • I would describe my classes as uplifting, strengthing, powerful, and creative. I love curating playlists with an upbeat vibe and sequencing my classes to get you out of your head and into your body.

  • I am an empath by nature and I tend to wear my emotions on my sleeve. I try to be vulnerable in every class I teach in order to connect with my students on a deeper level and enourge everyone to show up as their authentic selves.

  • I throw out the rule book. With a deep understanding of the body and an ability to intuitively read the energy of the room, I create the class for who is in front of me. Sometimes my classes are playful and challenging, other days it may be more soulful and focused. I always encourage you to stay curious and remind you that you are never done learning. Be courageous enough to let this practice hold the mirror up to you.

  • I’m really dynamic — I can be laid back and carefree, but I also have a high-energy, wild side. I don’t like labels or boxes because I want the freedom to lean into whatever energy the day brings. I’m calm, crazy, and everything in between. I can’t fake it, so what you see is exactly what you’ll get in class.

  • Don't let the world tell you what you want and who to be. Be curious about what makes you tick, what lights you up, and how to listen to your intuition. No one else knows the path that's best for you but you!
