Local artist Carol Muratore will guide participants through the process of transforming natural oyster shells into beautiful hand-painted keepsakes. Whether you're joining us with your child or gathering with friends for a creative afternoon, these workshops are designed to be fun, welcoming, and accessible for all skill levels.

Designed for a parent (or special adult) and child ages 8+, this unique workshop combines movement, creativity, and quality time together. We'll begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, have fun, and connect. Then, Carol Muratore will guide you through a one-hour oyster shell painting workshop where you'll create beautiful coastal-inspired keepsakes to take home.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories while making something special together.

ABOUT CAROL MURATORE
Carol Muratore is a Chesapeake Bay artist known for her coastal-inspired creations, including oyster shell art, watercolor paintings, mixed media pieces, and handmade jewelry. Originally from New England, she has spent years exploring a variety of artistic mediums and techniques, developing a style that is both creative and approachable. Her work is inspired by the natural beauty of the Chesapeake Bay and has been sold throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. Carol loves sharing her passion for art and helping others discover their own creativity through hands-on workshops.
