SLOW FLOW MASTERCLASS + ASANA CLINIC WITH SHAWN CORNELISON
Sunday, August 30 | 2–4 PM | $45
Slow down, move with intention, and get curious about your practice. This two-hour masterclass combines mindful movement with interactive exploration to help you better understand your body and experience greater stability, ease, and awareness.
Slow Flow: Moving with Awareness
Begin with a one-hour Slow Flow emphasizing mindful transitions, steady breathing, and purposeful movement rather than complex postures. Through simple, accessible sequences, you’ll develop greater body awareness, balance, and stability while learning to move with less effort and more ease.
The Intelligence of Asana
Then take your practice apart and explore why certain poses feel effortless while others never quite click. Together, we’ll break down familiar postures and transitions and explore how breath, awareness, and your unique anatomy can create a practice that feels more natural, safe, and sustainable.
Bring your questions and curiosity and leave with a deeper understanding of how to make your practice work for your body.
